The vision of Communication and Islamic Broadcast Department is the most advance in the study and development of Islamic communication and broadcasting with an Islamic paradigm. 

The mission are:

(1) organizing education in communication and Islam along with the integration between the two,

(2) develop research in communication and broadcasting,

(3) increase participation in community service on Islamic Proselytizing activities,

(4) expanding the network of cooperation with various parties to optimize the Tridharma of higher education.
